The Role

You'll help set up, manage, and support the hardware our team rely on and support the hardware our customers depend on. This includes preparing laptops and accessories, keeping track of inventory, supporting staff with hardware issues and replacements, and making sure devices are ready when and where they're needed. You'll also coordinate hardware shipments for both internal use and customer deployments. If you enjoy working with tech, helping others, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hardware for new starters and leavers

  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues

  • Maintain asset registers

  • Handle hardware orders, deliveries, and disposals

  • Support staff with hardware questions and training

  • Coordinate with teams and vendors

  • Ensure hardware security and compliance

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with hardware setup and support

  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

  • Inventory and asset management knowledge

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Understanding of hardware security practices

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of procurement processes

  • Experience with remote hardware support

  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems

Work Location: Remote, with co-working opportunities and bi-annual in-person company away days.
