The Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of our suite of products. This includes our SaaS applications, native mobile applications, and IoT components across multiple development teams and projects. These projects range from client support to cutting-edge proof of concepts and new product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of our product suite, ensuring projects are completed within scope.
Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies to manage and support multiple development teams.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.
Provide leadership and guidance to teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
Track work to generate forecasts, maintain momentum, and report progress against the IT roadmap.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in delivery management, with a strong background in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated experience managing projects involving SaaS applications, native mobile applications, and IoT components.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Familiarity with hybrid work solutions and visitor management systems is a plus.
