The Role 

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team to provide world class service for our wide ranging customer base. We’re looking for people who will show themselves to be trusted advisors to our customers every day and can’t live without Matrix Booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring they get maximum value out of Matrix Booking

  • Responding swiftly and diligently to any client communication

  • Provision of ad hoc training to clients and working with our teams to shape our offering

  • Resolving any issues for clients by working with the relevant Matrix Booking teams

  • Proactively communicating with customers to understand their challenges

  • Maintaining and updating the client database in our CRM

  • Working closely with the Customer Growth team to identify any upsell opportunities

  • Monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction (NPS)

 Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

  • Has 1-2 years experience working in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in SaaS/B2B in a fast growth environment

  • Has great attention to detail

  • Can communicate and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Is able to organise and prioritise their workload independently

Work Location: Remote, with co-working opportunities and bi-annual in-person company away days.
